Jilin Association for International Exchange of Personnel (JAIEP)was established in May 1990. JAIEP is a non-profit organization engaged in international exchange of professionals. The purpose of the JAIEP is through international exchange of professionals, to promote technological exchange and professional cooperation between Jilin and foreign countries in the fields of agriculture ,commerce, culture,education  ,finance ,industry, science and technology, medicine and public health. Meanwhile ,JAIEP is to serve the province''s economic development by means of coming technology industry and trade in the fields of intellectual exchange , consulation ,advanced technology and equipment importtation.
